can connect to any KYOcapture enabled Kyocera MFP
simply and easily. By selecting the Send/Scan
functions on the device you can scan paper-based
documents to a specified Document/Content Management
System at the click of a button. Pre-determined
workflows, or processes, are available through the
touch panel on the MFP. Simply select the
appropriate destination and your documents are on
their way Index Searching for documents after
scanning can be a challenge in any office.
With
KYOcapture you can choose from a variety of options
for indexing a document including renaming a
document on the spot, adding keywords that can later
assist in search and retrieval, and automatically
capturing the scan date for all docum
